• Choose your renter by using your intuition when you are to rent a room.
  
   
• Be prepared to ask questions about where the renter works, lives currently, contact details and also their family details in terms of Emergency.
  
   
• Be Clear with all your conditions - the Do's and Do Nots on renting your room. 
  
   
• Collect your rents weekly - on their pay day will be best.
